Why Our Clients Love
Working With Us

★★★★★

Mark completed a full en-suite bathroom renovation for us in Feb 2024. He was professional, courteous and came in on budget despite a few hiccups. We are delighted with his work and will definitely use him again for our upcoming living room project. We would not hesitate to recommend him.

★★★★★

I cannot recommend Mark and his team highly enough. Mark made the entire process of having our extension built so easy, from design, all the way through to completing the build. Mark was honest about his pricing and expected time scales and the quality of his work is excellent. We would definitely use Surrey Extensions again.

★★★★★

We had a 2 floor extension completed recently by Surrey Extensions. Mark & co were reliable and very good to work with. The fact that they did everything from initial drawings through planning to decorating was really useful. The work was good quality and Mark kept us up to date regulary and worked round any problems that arose well and managed everything very well. The work was completed on time including the extras we requested. I would recomend them.

★★★★★

We moved into our home in 2016 and needed to expand our bathroom and install new furniture. We were fortunate enough to come across The Surrey Extension Company who carried out the work to a very high standard. Since then, Mark and his company have converted our garage into a utility room, installed a garden room and built an extension for a new kitchen. We continue to return to Mark because of his experience, knowledge, valuable advice and trustworthiness. Since he has done so much work for us we are very comfortable with leaving him a set of keys so he can freely get on with the job. All his work is carried out according to the appropriate building regulations and he has obtained council approval wherever necessary. Mark takes a huge amount of pride in his work which shows in the way the job is finished. His attention to detail is something we cannot praise enough and we would highly recommend The Surrey Extension Company.

The Surrey Extension Company really was a great find! From the moment we met Mark we knew we were dealing with a professional builder with a wealth of experience. Our project – an extension build was managed in a professional and methodical way. Mark provided drawings, advice on submitting plans and then project managed along with building our extension. Mark’s entire team were professional, considerate and polite and this was also commented on by our neighbours. At every step of the way Mark was open and honest about the project and kept us well informed. We are delighted with the results and would not hesitate to give the highest of recommendation of The Surrey Extension Company.

★★★★★

Mark and his team were great to work with over the course of our 3 month renovation. This involved knocking down walls, adding steel beams and completely renovating our kitchen and utility room. From the start, Mark was helpful and patient in addressing our questions and he was professional throughout, always on time, polite and taking pride in his company’s work.

Our quote/pricing was very clear and even when surprise issues popped up (which was not anyone’s fault or if building control wanted more work done than we expected) Mark provided us with options that we always found to be fairly priced. We would very much recommend Mark and would use his services again.

We used Surrey Extension Company (SEC) for a major renovation of our house we had purchased back in 2022. It involved replumbing, rewiring, re-plastering, floor insulation, relocation of a bathroom and a fair amount of other structural work of both internal and external walls.
Mark and his team did an excellent job!

Mark’s advise throughout the whole process had been helpful and straight forward, whilst still listening to our needs and wants. This was a key reason as to why we chose Mark in the first place – he didn’t try to impose his view but listened carefully and steered us in what options we have based on our wishes.

Furthermore, there has never been a workday where the site was left unattended. Our neighbour was as impressed as us were by their commitment; he also recommended SEC to others.
The only thing we do regret is not using his team for architecture and structural engineer (we mandated someone separately) as this would have saved us a lot of time (and money).

If you are looking for a company that is skilled, committed, attentive and delivers the job, do not hesitate to use SEC!

★★★★★

Surrey Extensions have built me an extension, a new kitchen and fitted a new bathroom. Mark is meticulous in his attention to detail, he works in a considered and methodical way and is very respectful, which is important when sharing your home for long periods. He does not sub contract which guarantees a very high standard of finish. He also does not shy away from challenging design decisions which ensures a quality product. I can highly recommend.

★★★★★

We are delighted with the renovations completed by The Surrey Extension Company. Mark and his team communicated throughout the process, were very reliable and considerate (we were living onsite) and completed the renovation within the agreed timescale. All work was completed to a high standard. Mark kept in touch following completion of the job to make sure we were happy and was very responsive to the couple of snags that needed finishing. We are planning a bathroom renovation and looking forward to working with Mark again. Thank you Surrey Extension Company.

Both times we have used him, the budget has remained as quoted and there were no surprises. I am so pleased with the quality and my home is beautiful because of him. Thank you Mark!!!
